Out of Bounds Press was created by siblings Luke Mars, Bailey Blu and Finnegan Smith to publish the unpublished and give creatives a platform to express themselves. 

We are dedicated to exploring the cutting edge of the literary and arts community, creating a space for emerging artists and those historically under-represented in publishing.

Luke Mars (he/him)

Luke is a cartoonist, printmaker, and writer with a degree in Comic Arts. In his free time, he loves watching horror movies, pro wrestling, and punk shows.

Bailey Blu Smith (she/her)

Bailey is a writer, musician and theatre-maker based in New York City. 

Finnegan Smith (he/him) 

Finnegan is a writer, researcher and academic based in London.
